We worry. We can't help it. Blame our mother.
We always get anxious on Hustler Live days. There's a multitude of "what ifs" that constantly run through our mind before every show. What if one of the performers gets sick and has to cancel at the last minute? What if the power goes out in the studio? What if our girlfriend shows up and finds out what we really do for a living?
The list of hazards that could potentially derail our girl-girl love train is only limited by our imagination.
Fortunately, no such catastrophe occured last night. We blacked out from being around too-much-pretty only once. Other than the expected slightly late arrivals of Crissy and Angie, yesterday's show was, in the parlance of our times, "The bomb, dawg" and ran quite smoothly. (Editor's Note:American Idol? Really? That's just sad.)
If you've been following our coverage of the event up to this point, you'd know that these two ladies are what some so eloquently refer to as "hot as fuck". Seeing them in person, the similie doesn't hold up. They're actually hotter than fuck. One could easily argue that these two girls hold some responsibility for the melting of the polar ice caps. Honestly though, would Long Island really be missed by anyone? We'll take pretty girls over the Hamptons any day of the week. Except maybe Tuesdays.
There was a noticable tinge of excitement in the air over at VS Media when the girls were getting ready to perform. Although the staff at VS is often in the presence of adult talent, we have a feeling that they were particulary impressed by these two. Even their token gay employee commented on how gorgeous they looked.
Whenever two (or more) women are paired together in the context of making adult entertainment, we always wonder if they'll be a good match. If Tom Cruise can barely make his heterosexuality believable, how can we expect two adult performers to convey chemistry when they just met? Luckily, Angie and Crissy didn't have to fake anything.
"I like to dominate when I'm with women," Angie told us.
"That's good, because I like to be the submissive one," was Crissy's perfect response.

"We're doing some guerilla marketing with this feature," Peter Reynolds, Vice-President of sales for VCA, told AVN.com. "All of these bands have thousands of friends on Myspace, and we're using that as a marketing tool to get the word out and bring the music audience and porn audience together."
For his first endeavor for VCA Pictures, the director of the movie, Ron Royster, initiated the musical search, recognizing the power and vastly untapped artistic talent housed in the MySpace community. Pulling from the massive selection, the 28 undiscovered musical talents were called on to participate.
The featured artists include Punk Bunny, Vagabond, Chocolate Eargasms, Dancin' Shoes, Sixgun, Dead Sexy, The Shifters and G-Spot Tornado. "I am more proud of Atomic Vixens and its soundtrack than anything else in my adult career," gushed Royster about this film. "Today we are filming fucking lesbians and that's actually the title of the movie," Axel Braun, the director, informed us with a laugh. "We wanted to call it 'Fucking Dykes', but they wouldn't go for that. So we we called it 'Fucking Lesbians'"
"And 'Lipstick Lesbians' would have taken up too much room on the box," quipped his PA/lighting designer, Divad.
After last week's visit to the Hippie Land Ranch, we were unsure of what to expect when we set out to poke our nose around this particular Hustler Video production. Would we be met with a 12,000 square foot home? Swinging hipsters? Nekkid girls going at it in every possible position while saying dirty, dirty things to each other?
The answers are no, no and—thank Jeebus!—yes.
We arrived on set during the swing-shift. This changing-of-the-guard happens on almost every porn production. The incoming talent arrives shortly before the performers from the day's first scene are finished filming. We'd like to say it has something to do with creating an atmosphere of friendship and family within the adult entertainment community, but it has more to do with getting make-up and wardrobe taken care of so the shoot remains as close to on-time as possible. It's very similar to what happens in your average Starbucks when the morning "partners" are relieved by the afternoon "partners". Instead of black-shirted, green-aproned college students, you get naked, 4-inch-clear-heel-wearing hyper-sexy women. The only real difference is that their barista skills are sometimes lacking.
Looking exhausted from filming their scene ("They each came for real twice. It was intense," Axel later told us.), we thought it best to let the early performers go home and get some rest.
Lucky for us, the two ladies tagging-in for the afternoon were Angel Cassidy and Lexxi Tyler. Their opposite features—Lexxi's sporty physique and brunette locks and Angel's womanly curves and blonde tresses—made for an interesting pairing, to say the least.
Almost as interesting as this study of opposing hair colors and body types was Axel's questioning of Angel while shooting behind-the-scenes footage. Opening with, "Would you fuck an alien?" we could tell Angel had never been subject to a similar interrogation.
"Before this, the strangest question I had been asked is if I ever let anyone shit on my chest," she told us.
Prior to responding to the alien question (which variety—extraterrestrial or illegal—we never learned) Angel's phone rang. "I have to take this," she apologized. "I lost my dog and this might be someone who found him." As it turned out, the call wasn't about her lost canine, but brought good news nonetheless. Her little sister was pregnant again. "She puts out," she laughed.
Before beginning to shoot the scene, Axel made a series of small adjustments to the positioning of Angel's leg. "You see?" he asked with tongue planted firmly in cheek. "There is still some art left in pornography."
"You gotta get the girls to really go at it without really getting too much of in the middle of it," he explained. "You just want to create the energy and just let them go and just follow them through the motions."
Giving only the occasional direction during filming—"I need you to suck on her tongue"—Axel deftly demonstrated what he was talking about.
We will say, however, that a big reason why we found the scene so satisfying was Lexxi's insane flexibility. If it wasn't for this girl's ability to contort and balance herself in almost any position imaginable, we probably would have been bored. As we can barely touch our toes, being in the presence of someone who can literally touch the back of their head with their lower digits is like watching a home-schooled kid spell. It's a talent we completely admire and are awed by, but don't have the enery to pursue. Regardless, we wouldn't want to play a game of Twister with Miss Tyler.
Actually, we probably would.
After finishing the scene, the girls exchanged the usual talent pleasantries. "I was dumping loads of spit on your asshole" Lexxi matter-of-factly said to Angel soon after getting dressed.
"I noticed" Angel sing-songed in response, probably thinking about her lost dog and the new niece or nephew that's on the way.

"Joanna's Angeles 2" and "Atomic Vixens" to be sold in Tower stores nationwide
When a dirty little birdie told us that Tower Music and Video was going to start carrying recently released "Joanna's Angels 2" and "Atomic Vixens", we weren't surpised. With sountracks featuring bands from MySpace, Har Mar Superstar and Rancid, the titles perfectly bridge the gap between mainstream and adult entertainment.
Just to be on the safe side (we've already been led astray once this week), we gave the president of VCA a call. "It's gratifying that VCA is expanding its universe," Peter Reynolds told us, confirming the news, "A music chain like Tower is validation that we're doing some entertaining movies. It's another example of [how we're] making cool films with good music."
According to Mr. Reynolds, the titles should be available in all Tower stores by the end of next week.
If you can't wait until next week to get your hands on the movies everyone's talking about, both "Joanna's Angels 2" and "Atomic Vixens" are available from Hustler Hollywood.
Yesterday's visit to the set of "Boning Bonita Chicas" proved once again that we never, never, never know what to expect when it comes to the wonderful world of pornography. In our travels, we've grown accustomed to long drives up winding roads, multi-million dollar McMansions with stunning views and ponds stocked with fish worth more than our car.
That's why our arrival at yesterday's location was the cause for bemusement. We should have known this was going to be different when we noticed an Earth-friendly bumper sticker proudly displayed on the bumper of the VW Bus parked outside the house. It could just have easily said, "Tresspassers beware, here there be hippies". Located only miles away from HustlerWorld HQ, the outside of the home looked as if Cheech and Chong (Editor's note: Yeah, yeah we get it. Today's "Pot Day".) were going to make an appearance any moment.
Inside, we were greeted by what could be described as "Pee Wee's Playhouse" meets "HR Puff 'N' Stuff". We thought we might have wandered into the wrong place until we saw a pair of 6-inch clear stilettos sitting near the front door. Hippies wear Birkenstocks, not porn shoes.
Shortly after our encounter of the Lucite-kind, we ran into the project's director, Rod Fontana. "The story for this particular scene is that this is a border-town whorehouse," he informed us. "[Dirty] Harry is the stepfather of young Sergio. After [Sergio's] father died, he took him under his wing and he's trying to help him. He finds out that the boy's a virgin. He ain't never been laid. Harry goes, 'Well we're gonna have to fix that.'"
On hand to help Sergio fix his virginity problem was rookie Mercedes Santos. This tattooed, non-Spanish speaking Puerto Rican from Binghampton, NY (!?) just got into the skin business 2 weeks ago. "I don't want to be just another porn girl. I want to work for big companies," she told us. "I'm excited to work for Hustler."

Styles' passion for directing has caught the eye of industry icon Larry Flynt and Hustler Video. At the age of 25, Van Styles is Hustler Video's youngest director. Bad intel yesterday caused us to make a 45 minute trip to the set of Shy Love's "Mass Destruction" only to be met by a confused homeowner asking if we were T.T. Boy. While we don't know whether to take this as an insult or a compliment, we do know that our drive back to the office was expletive- and cigarette-filled. (Editor's Note: At least the intelligence you received didn't cause you to start a war.)
Upon our triumphant—albeit grumpy—return, we were informed that Shy Love was actually in the offices here in Beverly Hills. As Shy later informed us, filming had wrapped for the shoot last Friday. We love her candor when it comes to the industry, so we took the opportunity to ask her about the production.
We was looking at the shooting schedule for the production and it's definitely going to be part of Hustler Video's ® new "HardLine" series. Do you usually prefer the harder stuff?
It's not that I prefer [it]. I like everything. I think after a while when you're working in this business, you get a little more rough around the edges and start to like the harder stuff.
Makes sense.
It is an extreme cast list. But it [is] a hardcore movie and I expected hardcore things. I wanted the best of the best.
Do you think you got it?
I got it. I definitely got the best of the best.
Do you have any difficulties being a woman director in the industry?
At first, people don't respect you because they think you're going to be a lot more lenient than male directors. I've been doing it for a while now, so they know I don't play the games on set. Usually, it's easier for me because I perform. The girls are usually willing to go the extra notch and give me more. They know that if I see something look wrong of they could get hurt, I'm going to call it off.
Which to you prefer, directing or performing?
I like both equally. Performing allows me to show my nasty, dirty side up close and personal. Directing allows you to see the things I wish that I could do, but I don't have it…
What do you mean you don't "have it"?
For instance, there's Sandra Romain, who's an absolute phenomenal, phenomenal performer and I have her doing a double anal. [Something] I think is extreme and hardcore, but she loves it. You can see it in her face and it doesn't bother her. She's strong and outgoing. I could never do that. It fascinates me and I like it.
Did you perform in this as well?
No.
Did you want to once the cameras started rolling?
I did, I did. But I was like, "You know what I'm going to stay on the back end and not do it." It might perform on the second title.
Are you looking forward to the finished product?
I can't wait to see the finished product. I think it's going to come out extremely well. I had a great list of female performers and male performers. There couldn't have been a [cast] than that. I have no date when it's coming out, but I can't wait.
Any else you want say about your experience with the filming?
If you haven't seen any of these girls perform, this is probably the best time to get a movie.
Who were the girls performing?
Sandra Romain, Missy Monroe, Cindy Crawford, Nadia Styles and Annie Cruz. You're going to get a list of girls who are not only beautiful, but aggressive, strong performers that love what they do and you can see it. They just draw you to the camera.
MTV's hit show "NEXT" is about to take speed dating to a whole new level. Upcoming episodes will feature adult film performers and exclusive LA Direct Models Cindy Crawford and Cassie Young on the popular 30 minute program.
Cindy Crawford was initially tentative about her audition is excited about appearing on the show and said, "When I first walked into MTV studios, I wasn't very optimistic that I was going to get the spot, but the casting agent let me be myself, made me feel right at home and comfortable with the fact that I was going on the show as an adult film star who is secure with who I am and what I do. I am really looking forward to filming my segment and seeing who NEXT is and who ultimately is the one who wins a second date with me."
Cassie Young's first appearance for a mainstream television show has the quintessential cutie a little nervous but ready for anything. "I am all about hot chicks and NEXT has selected five girls that will have to do their best to impress me," says Young. "I am hoping to score the hottest chick out of the bunch to take on a date. Who knows what will happen, but I am looking forward to it!"

The sequel to America's Most Important Movie®, VCA Pictures presents "Joanna's Angels 2: Alt Throttle" which will premiere on Tuesday, April 18th at Happey Valley located at 14 East 27th Street in New York City. The movie is directed by and stars Joanna Angel, alongside Kylee Kross, Dana Dearmond, Charlotte Stokely, Pinky Lee, Sabrina Sparx, Pixie Pearl James Deen, Mr.Marcus and Tommy Pistol. In Joanna's Angels 2, ALT Throttle, Mr.Marcus plays the America's first black president. His daughter, played by Dana Dearmond, gets kidnapped by a preppy blond, (played by Charlotte Stokely), who threatens to keep the girl unless everything ALT is outlawed. As part of her torture, she is forced to listen to the same pop song over and over, with subliminal messages about conformity. President Marcus hires Joanna and her Angels to rescue his daughter, and save everything alternative in the country.
"The movie is a satire of everything; from politics, to heartbreak, to alternative culture... The cast of girls are all really hot. Not only are they really different looking from the average cast of porn girls, everyone is really unique in the movie and looks really different from one another. The sex is really dirty, but it's still a cute chick flick with a funny plot," says Joanna Angel. The entire film was shot right around the corner from the BurningAngel offices, in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

It's a night to get your laugh on and your wallet out when the ladies of Trashmouth Production's "The Naughty Show" join comedian George Lopez on Saturday, April 22nd for a sold out benefit performance for the Laurence School at the Roosevelt Hotel.
Trashmouth producer, Skye Blue and her girlfriends in trash humor are excited to lend a few laughs to promote this worthy cause. "'The Naughty Show' is a venue for women to get down and dirty with explicit stand-up. It's empowering that George has asked us to be a part of his charity show, it gives legitimacy to what we're doing," acknowledges Blue.
And what they're doing is bringing a completely new feel to comedy clubs and cable by featuring some of the nation's top female comedians doing their bawdiest, edgiest, lewdest material. "The Naughty Show" provocatively goes into territory usually reserved for the guys.
Kate Rigg, who along with Blue created the idea of "The Naughty Show", sees this as an opportunity to add a touch of women's empowerment to the event, "We are raising funds for the school's capital campaign and will be bringing our own brand of sass to the Laurence School's high profile charity event. We are thrilled to be able to help out little kids by telling jokes about our female parts and sharing naughty stories for their parents that the kiddies are still too young to hear for themselves."
